NATALIE DECKER LOOKS TO RIDE MOMENTUM IN VEGAS

Natalie Decker NASCAR, Press Release

LAS VEGAS, NV – Natalie Decker is out west and will ride the momentum on the mile-and-a-half track at Las Vegas Motorspeedway, with her No. 44 Niece Motorsports Chevy Silverado. Riding off a historical 5th place finish at Daytona International Speedway last Friday, Decker has a new sponsor, REMarkable Pillow, who will be the title sponsor along with her continued support of N29 Technologies LLC during the Strat 200 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race on Friday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m. PT.

This will be Decker’s third trip to Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Her best finish of 2019 came at the track, when she placed 13th during her rookie season in the March race. The second time she made the trip there, she had the honor of flying with the USAF Thunderbirds. However, the race didn’t provide as much excitement, as electrical issues with the truck’s engine ended her night early, along with more than a handful of her fellow competitors.

A return to the track comes with more change than similarities for Decker. As aforementioned, she will dawn a new title sponsor in REMarkable Pillow, a brand created by Tuccinardi & Co.

“Natalie’s fans are the best and I’ve known Natalie and her family for years and couldn’t think of a better brand ambassador to show how a good night’s sleep affects your day.” said Jonathan Frank, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Tuccinardi & Co., Inc.

Additionally, this will be her first trip to Las Vegas Motor Speedway with new team NIECE Motorsports. The new team has certainly fared off well to start. As mentioned previously, Decker took home a 5th place finish in the NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona International Speedway in the season opener. It was a moment of NASCAR history as the 22-year-old Decker became the highest finishing female driver in the history of the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series.

“Everyone at Niece Motorsports has been amazing to work with. My spotter, Rocky, talked me through the Daytona race and my fifth place finish is a reflection of the entire team. It is such an honor to have this opportunity and I wouldn’t be at this level without my fans! My fans support me and my sponsors and it means the world to me! I am so very thankful for REMarkable Pillow being on board for 2020 and ready to get back on the track at Vegas!” Explains Natalie Decker

Action at the track for Decker will kick off early in the morning with a lone practice session of the day at 8:05 a.m.PT until 9:25 a.m. PT. Then after a slew of media sessions in the morning, she will take her No. 44 REMarkable Pillow Chevy on track for single-truck qualifying at 2:05 p.m. PT, viewable on FS1.

Driver introductions will commence at 5:30 p.m. PT, with the drop of the green flag for the Strat 200 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT. You can tune in for viewing on FS1, or listen in with MRN having the radio call. The stage breaks will be as follows over the course of the 134 lap race; stage 1 end on lap 30, stage 2 end on lap 60, final stage scheduled to end on lap 134.
